Clean, well located , convenient & all required amenities

The hotel is very well located. We could walk to the most important places around (Mall, Gautrain Station, Conference Center). The breakfast was rich and good. Room service was available until 3 AM. The room was so comfortable and quiet that we slept until 4 pm on the 2 day of our stay (after spending the previous night on a nightclub). Good value for money.

This is truly a wonderful stay, excellent location walking distance from Sandton mall, great staff, very helpful especially the gentleman in the front desk (didn't get his name). We had three connecting rooms for our family of 5 and it was more than enough room, very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is wonderful, great food, fair prices, we had room service and it was more than exceptional. They accommodated us for late check out at a super fair charge.

From entering the premises we were greeted at the gate with friendliness and professionalism. Beauty at reception helped us with a smooth check-in. All the staff that we came in contact with showed us and treated us with the utmost respect, friendliness and were professional. The food was out of this world! The breakfast buffet was of top quality with a big variety to choose from. Croissants, a proper English breakfast with many options, fresh fruits and juice, yogurts and muesli and excellent coffee were some of the options. The room itself was perfect. Overall it was very clean and spacious. We stayed in one of the executive suites. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, a good quality TV, aircon for the summer days, small yet big enough refrigerator if you need to keep something cold and a little coffee/ tea area. I would've liked maybe one or two extra sachets of coffee per person as there was only one per person, but that is only me (coffeeholic 😁). The bathroom was also nice and spacious with a huge bath and shower.
