Convenient location near Sandton City. Easy check-in & helpful staff. Spacious & comfy 1 bedroom apartment with a huge bathroom & a fully fitted kitchenette - pleasant & practical but not luxurious. Excellent WiFi. Good breakfast. Adequate heating as we arrived on a bitterly cold day. Suitable for business or pleasure. Very reasonably priced.

Service is outstanding - it makes a difference when people go out of their way for you and this was a common experience in the week that I stayed. Facilities are generally very clean and comfortable, food is great.

The staff were helpful, friendly, and more than accommodating during my stay. The bar staff were great. I was a solo traveler, so I really appreciated their warm conversations. The room was spacious and spotless. Great location. Safe enough to walk to the nearby mall.

The welcoming faces when you walk through. We all know there are those who work primarily for a check and could be careless in behavior. As one who spent years in the Services Hospitality field. I am happy to see this. As a foodie, I'm impressed with the chefs there. Room service was on point for the most part.
